The staff there is incredible! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was genuinely happy (or at the very least gave the strong impression that they were) amd went way above and beyond guest service. Having spent years in the hospitality industry, I am very particular about service in general, but this staff is amazing! From the multiple interactions that we had with the front desk staff, to the crew working and running the breakfast, this was hands down one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had!
To put this in perspective , there was a gentleman working on cleaning up or stocking the coffee station that overheard me ask the front desk clerk where I would find an ice machine and he said, "I can fill that up for you if you'd like" and THAT is service! It's the little details like that which I appreciate. The woman stocking and cleaning the continental breakfast was zipping around quickly and efficiently, and kept everything stocked and cleaned beautifully! I am a former GM of a buffet, so I know how difficult it can be to keep up when you have hundred of people to serve in a short amount of time! We even had a good laugh about the ketchup bottle as we both thought that the cap had to be unscrewed and the inner seal opened in order to open the bottle, as it was brand new and she grabbed it to restock the empty one for me. She tried opening it and couldn't so I offered to help and couldn't get it either lol. Well, that's because it's not meant to be refilled (a trick from Heinz to ensure more of their more expensive, smaller bottles are used vs their large bags). I cannot stress enough how amazing this staff was.And how grateful I am to have stayed in such a clean hospital hotel! Great, great job to all!! Clean, efficient, comfortable, and I will absolutely choose to stay here again for future trips to Cleveland! From all of us, a heartfelt and genuine thank you all, are in order.
If a man like me has to rack his brain to try to find something he didn't like, based upon my very particular tastes and experience, then I will cheerfully say there was nothing that I didn't like!! I believe in rewarding positive behaviors, and keeping my complaints to myself, but I cannot think of one thing that I didn't like.

Room was quiet, food was pretty good. Staff was friendly.
Kids at pool were extremely loud very nice but yelling jumping in pool splashing toodlers, no pool towels readily available, hair and paper floating in pool, website stated heated pool it was extremely cold, pulled out our trundle in our room at bedtime there where pretzels all over it, not enough towels for 4 people, no replacement trash bags in trash cans, no conditioner in the shower, and only one side of toaster worked at breakfast during busy Holiday weekend.
