Spacious room. Staff tries!!
Prices were inflated in anticipation of full house. That did not occur. At check in Walkins charged half the price booked on booking.com
Room keys are outdated, constantly having to return to front desk to have reprogrammed, same foe other guest. An absolutely nuisance and positive experience interruption.

Friendly and helpful staff. Although pool was cold, still used it. Family came by to visit and swim a bit with my family, staff was asked prior. Breakfast was basic and was cool with it as I knew before booking. Room was clean and just right. Stayed two days first week of June and it was hot outside but still able to go out and enjoy time with family.

Staff was absolutely awesome and friendly. Helped in things.
Sunday morning I was in bathroom getting ready, I heard lots of water sound, I opened the door and in entryway, water was gushing out of ceiling, it came into bathroom, I had to put towel down so I wouldn't slip, the entryway was all over, going into carpet. Had to call front desk to clean up. She came in with about 10 towels. Very dangerous. The bathroom wallpaper was coming off walls and several cracks in tile. I also woke up with a rash on my face, I think it was a reaction to the detergent. I would to see a credit, do it the problem. Thank you
