This is a beautiful hotel with modern amenities. I also appreciated having coffee available at all times. The room was clean and beautiful. The breakfast offerings were plentiful.
When we first checked in, I said, "Hello, we are the XXXXXs." The receptionist response was, "So." I responded that we had a reservation. I'm afraid that I expected a more courteous greeting.

Rooms, beds, showers were great! Breakfast included hot and cold foods, juices and pastries, plus much more. The afternoon had fresh baked cookies available! The young lady staffing the breakfast area made sure everything was replenished and available. She appeared to take great pride in her job.
Really nothing, but the staff could have been more friendly. When checking out, no one asked how our stay was, which we found to be odd.

Location of the Hampton Inn was good for me. Food for breakfast was what I expected - fair
I did not care for sitting on the sofa and try to eat breakfast
