Not sure how thick the walls/ceilings are but we kept hearing the people from the floor/room above us walking and it kept waking us up 😬

it is new building and most of the stuff is new

I reserved king room with sofa bed. They rent it out for someone, then when I came and paid for my room, they didn’t tell me anything. And I thought I’m going in to the room that I paid for. I was surprised to see two beds in the room which was not what I ordered through this app I went back to the front desk and told receptionist that this is not what I ordered, they sad they don’t have any rooms left that have a king bed with sofa. Now the room I moved in was dirty, blankets had makeup stains and who knows what else, bathroom door was splashed with coffee and the stain was still on it, thick layer of dust was on tv and all of the light fixtures. when I came to the person on the front desk they sad that the housekeepers are not there anymore so they can move as in to the different room, but by that time we needed to go to the meeting that was a reason why we came to Visalia, I told the guy as the front seat please, don’t rent it, we gonna take it when we come back. Guess what… they rented that room so we end up staying in the dirty room. I regret staying there I travel very often and this is first time I see something like this. not even one time I had a complain about dirty room. but filthy beds is to much

I booked back in October my trip was this past weekend. I look and got charged extra then what I agreed to back in October. I call the hotel and they have no record of my stay. Pretty upset about it

Good value, quiet and clean, friendly staff, great location.

Clean, quiet, easy walk from parking lot to elevator. Although our room was close to the elevator, it was quiet most of the time. Bed was comfortable if maybe a little too soft. Would have liked 1 comforter and blanket rather than so many thin coverings. Bathroom lighting was not great and it was too easy to bump the bathroom door into the main room door if both opened at the same time. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of outlets to charge devices. Staff was friendly. Joi was very nice at check in. My husband asked another staff member to add his Marriott loyalty number to our reservation after check in and she took care of it quickly. The breakfast staff was clean and efficient. The clerk who checked us out was quick and friendly also. Breakfast was good although it would have been nice to have the choice of bacon or sausage. The breakfast area was clean and there were plenty of tables. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Visalia and would stay here again.

Better lighting and door positioning in bathroom. Choice of bacon or sausage at breakfast. A couple of thicker bed coverings instead of several thin coverings.

The breakfast was great, and the weekend hours were perfect.

I was charged for parking and wasn't informed ahead of time or the website that there was a charge for it. We stayed two nights, and the room wasn't cleaned and beds weren't made between days of our stay.

staff was very helpful and courteous and friendly

comfortable location- easy access to freeway

the lighting in room was poor. made it very difficult to put on my makeup. room was a bit cramped- no walking space and heaven forbid to need a walker or wheelchair in this “handicap room” and only one chair to sit on ! Breakfast times in room were not correct.

I don’t mind to stay there again but if the facilities are not available discount has to apply

The swimming pool was close and the weather was over 90’ and Im a AAA member and i didn’t get my discount and they never said anything about to be charged for parking
