Very clean
When I went to check in - I ran into Coach Nick Saban at the counter… she stated she needed $20 for a check in 40 mins early.

It was easy to find, very welcoming, the over night lady at the check in desk was super nice and welcoming(I forgot her name but it started with a J I believe). The bed was so comfortable and the room was nice and cold. It was pet friendly with was so good as I had my girl with me. Overall a great first experience staying at a best western. Also the morning cleaning lady was super helpful as well. I believe her name was Jana or Janelle 🤔 she wrote it down for me and sadly I lost it in my travels.
Nothing we stayed one night and slept the whole stay. We did wake up to the ac leaking but it wasn't an inconvenience for us as we were checking out and they seemed to be right on it when I told them as I was checking out.

The shower was great. Fridge worked well. I asked to be on the first floor due to pushing family member in a wheel chair and the gal made that happen
The TV was difficult to navigate and there wasn't anything with directions or how to. The beds were not comfortable as the mattress was lumpy. Getting to the hotel was difficult and the parking lot was very tight for parking close to buillding.
