They offer a great breakfast and the staff are friendly

It was absolutely horrible and I will NEVER stay there again!

Absolutely nothing

Soaking wet floors through out the hotel room, black mold and the staff was never around and propped open exit doors to go outside to smoke.

Good comfortable and friendly highway stop

Location just off the highway and easy to find. Good, clean room and ample towels. Breakfast was self serve and had a good selection. Friendly staff. Cookies and lemonade were a nice touch!

Itt was convenient.

Convenient. Quiet.

Power went out in our room. No one ever showed up to fix so we got ready in the dark after waiting for an hour. It seemed to be a breaker as all the other places had power.

My reservation was cancelled because I didn't answer the phone from and 'unknown' number while drivi

The price and reviews which is why I registered.

Nobody answered the phone listed for this hotel on the Booking.com website. No answering machine either. After multiple rings, it went to a busy signal. I called twice, maybe three times; each time the same result. My reservation was cancelled 3 hrs after my cc was charged on day of arrival. I found out that they called to confirm my reservation three hours after charging my card but I didn't answer because it was from an 'unknown' source and I was driving. I found this out after we arrived to check in at the hotel. My cc charges hadn't yet been removed. The female clerk stated that it would be a few days. It was after 8 pm. We hadn't eaten yet and now my husband, our two young grandchildren and myself had no place to stay in a strange city. While at the hotel being cancelled, I picked up the BW business card at the counter. The phone number listed was the same as on the Booking.com site. Shame on Best Western.

My stay was great.

Did not eat breakfast I slept in, the staff was very nice and when I woke up late didn't rush me at all, very friendly and willing to help.

Terrific value!

This hotel checked off all the boxes. Decent room, comfy bed, warm shower with great water pressure. Friendly staff, and decent breakfast options. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

If I had to knock anything, the warm breakfast options were a tiny bit cold. Nothing that a microwave didn't fix.

nice Stay for shopping, overnight or a long vacation.

Good, Big Room with all you need like a microwave or a fridge. Near Cincinnati and the Florence Mall.

Breakfast is in a small room where only 10-15 people can fit in as well.

Can’t beat the value of this location

excellent value, very clean, right off I75, good hot breakfast. Evening desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bathroom floors could be updated.

Excellent value, large clean room, beautiful bathroom.

Friendly, quick check in. Useful luggage carts. Very nice, large room #109 and King bed. Very clean. Beautiful bathroom Heating worked well. We would happily stay here again.

The breakfast room is too small for a large hotel. It was packed with other guests Quality of food was OK. The staff could not keep up with keeping it stocked during breakfast time. The weak link at a fine Hotel.

there was a woman who was sitting in the entry when we arrived & she was there the next day, still sitting there, she was maybe homeless. Maybe put her somewhere to where she wont stare at people coming in & people going out

We would not return.

Average breakfast.

Pink and black mold in the bathroom grout. Bathroom fan sounded like a plane was landing in our room. We didn't switch rooms because the attendant thought putting out cookies for guests was too much work. So I didn't think he would help us change rooms.
