Great location but room was unclean

Location was great for places to eat and easy access to the highway.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and the room was dirty. The doors and walls had dried food and other substances on it. The floors were dirty and the shower had a ton of hair in it and kept backing up. The sheets on the bed were also super scratch. The side door to the hotel didn't latch properly and could be easily opened.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast selection was disappointing

Room was comfortable, plenty of parking

The checkin seemed to take forever. The clerk at the desk was having a running conversation with another individual in another room. Breakfast was in a cabinet. The muffins were very stale.

this was not suitable for an overnight stay, and we will choose somewhere else next time.

the location was quick stop off highway halfway to destination. liked the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave. Dumbfounded that there was no amenities for people staying just one night. No coffee ... not like a hotel.

it was not set up for the two of us to stay just overnight. The morning breakfast was scant and not worth the effort. It should not have been advertised as a breakfast at all.

What I didn't like was there wasn't enough pillows 1 extra in the closet in case someone needs it would be a great idea! No coffee pot only 1 trash can etc

No way to take pictures in the dark.

It would been nice to not pay to sit in . The dark over half the stay. Or been accommodated flashlights maybe had staff that was available let us know what was going on.. very pour form.

Door was broken wouldn’t shut, bed was very uncomfortable, the room was very smelly.

I was not pleased with my stay, and we were not pleased with breakfast.

The location only

I didn’t like anything about this place, the next door neighbor was making noise all night, and me and my husband couldn’t sleep for two nights.

My stay at Extended Stay America was amazing! I would definitly book with them again!

I enjoyed how clean and spacious the room was. It had all the necessary appliances and it felt like a small apartment rather than a hotel.

There was a small food stain on one of the bottom cabinets but other than that I had no complaints.

Dirty and Disappointing

it was a decent area close to many restaurants and stores

The staff always seemed to be missed, there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana in the halls and through the vents. We found dirty laundry sticking out from behind the dresser that should have easily been found it the room was properly cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen faucets were both leaky and not secured properly. The facilities seemed to be vary poorly cared for with many maintenance issues. Would most certainly not stay again or recommend.

little nicer mattress , and King size bed would’ve been nice as that’s what I’m use to but only queen bed available

Disappointing

No breakfast offered but staff was pleasant.

Room had a bad odor, toilet was dirty before flushing it. Room had window open and didn’t know it. Was wondering why we were so cold at night. Place needs an update badly.

It was okay but not great. I liked the one on Meyer rd in florence.

How they had provided the pots and pans for the room. The bed was nice a warm for when we had went to bed and a nice view of the highway. The room was clean.

That it didn't have a oven and the bathroom was way to small and they only provide two little thing of dish soap and I had to go and get more cause it wouldn't get stuff clean. You had to move out the table just to eat together for any meal.
