Employees were so nice.
I left my favorite sandals , and they never contacted me back about them. I know it was my fault but would have been great to get them back.

It’s location in Florence, KY, close to stores and businesses.
The shower water was scalding hot and very difficult to regulate. The faucet for temperature control didn’t work properly no matter which direction we turned it. We requested a room change, but it wasn’t approved right away — they said someone would come check the water first, but no one came. After calling again an hour later, we were finally moved.
Unfortunately, the new room had the same issue: the temperature control was still very sensitive and hard to set consistently.
The ceilings had old stains, the carpet smelled oddly damp after cleaning, and breakfast options were very basic.
Staff were polite, but the maintenance issue made the stay uncomfortable.

Location and a good value for what it was! The breakfast lady is the brightest thing you have at this property.
The WiFi was terrible throughout my stay. I did not like the check-in process at all. I like speaking with a real person not through a monitor.
