Location
The lifts always busy

The location is first and foremost.
The art deco building is a plus.
Personnel is nice but not efficient.
It is clean but the interior deco design is altered with gaudy.
Rooms are really, really noisy

Should be better after renovation this year.
This hotel will be undergoing extensive renovation this year so most furniture, carpets and curtains were stained and dated. Main elevators (3) were slow because one was out of service. Under 8 pool umbrella for 1000+ guest.
Beach umbrella not included in resort fee, additional $32. Service charge of 18-20% added at most restaurants in Miami in addition to gratuity if desired.
