They gave us an early check in for the Blues Fest which was very important to our stay as there is no re entry. Very friendly staff. The parking was really tight and scary so I was happy to have the location close enough to walk to the waterfront so we didn't have to move the car. And the price was reasonable.
Parking wasn't great, but the location was worth it.

Staff were fantastic. Stored my backpack upon their suggestion before check in and after checkout. Very friendly and polite. Gave me receipts to eat several times.
No hot water one time for shower, but fine the other 2 showers. Cold water from sink was warm.

The location and staff were great!
The woman working in the morning was especially friendly and attentive.
Since I only stayed for one night, it’s hard to judge too much, but overall it was an average stay.
The cleanliness could have been better.
The refrigerator had visible dirt inside, and there were some hairs in the bathtub.
I’m particular about cleanliness, so this bothered me, but it may not be an issue for those who aren’t as sensitive to it.
