The staff was nice and the location was good.
The breakfast was not really good and not many options for meal. Also, renovations were being done on building so outside didn't look nice and inside had high paint smell.

The room was clean. In fact, due to the renovation, the bed linens may have been brand new out of the bag because there folded creases in the linens.
Not once was I notified that there was a name change from Wyndham to Spark. I was not notified that it was under construction for renovations so it was difficult to access my room. The first room I was placed in did not have a working toilet. The second room worked but there was renovation construction happening so discarded items in the hallway. I was disappointed that I wasn’t even notified about the name change as it took me twenty extra minutes to find the place. When I went to check out the clerk wasn’t there, there were several construction workers just sitting there. After a few minutes, I just left my room keys because we were under a time crunch.
