The reception desk has amazing staff, who are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very comfortable bed. Location is close to wonderful restaurants, and activities in downtown Richmond.

Enjoyed the historic aspect and the lovely lobby/living area. The room was comfortable and clean. The parking was decent for a downtown location.
Clerk at the front desk was distant and not good with people. The courtyard to our room was treacherous with uneven walking surface, and would have been difficult in bad weather.

We arrived late in the evening and the gentleman at the desk was wonderful and helpful. Loved the cat and location of the hotel.
It was an odd set up getting to your room. The gentleman working the desk that morning was a poor reflection on your hotel. Constantly on his phone, very little personality and just unprofessional looking and acting.
There were someone else’s socks in our bedroom. Did not feel very clean.
