It was ok

Staff coming was not as friendly as the staff during our departure. Bed was comfortable

The room was not bad but did not feel comfortable because of the clientele lingering around. Was not sure our door was actually locked. Actually modified our stay to one night instead of two. Location was also futher away than we anticipated

Very stressful but the pool is clean

The pool was nice and clean

Customer service was terrible. Got attitude when checking in and checking out. It says breakfast included but I was told there’s no breakfast just juice and coffee. I went to the pool with my kids after getting the required wrist band and was asked a million questions by the person opening the pool and talked to like we shouldn’t be there. All the plugs were missing covers or had cracked covers and I have children. The wifi was also unreliable and I have classes I needed to do work for. If my phone didn’t have a hotspot I would have been SOL.

The hotel need renovating.

Our rooms were very smelly and discussing. Requested non smoking, it smell smoky. We requested a refund. We moved to sanother vanity. You all could not accommodate us to non smoking.. expecting a refund.

Huge disappointment.

the pool area and courtyard were very nice.

I reserved a kitchenette room, it was going to be a quiet 2 day stay for my husband and my self to celebrate our 30th anniversary. the room was unclean smelled of smoke and weed, and not one thing in the kitchen worked. There were also no supplies, pots, pans, plates, silverware ect. the makeshift fridge they added, froze everything we had. There were dozens of teens, kids & young 20s partying in the court yard until quite late(after 11). 7 directly in front of my door, that I actually had to ASK to move so I could get out. The lady in the office offered to move is to another room upstairs, I told her we unloaded alot of our things, checked in late and were tired, we could move tomorrow. Next morning was even worse, people screaming and running, hedge trimmers and blowers at 9am. I again climbed through people to the office asked for the manager and explained, told her I would like to checkout. She then said, thats fine but the courtyard was quiet by 10 pm and there was no noise she was there herself, lol lied to my face then told me “Even the owner was watching the camera all night” but I couldn’t speak with him. never offered any type of credit, compensation or even an Im sorry. my husband just wanted a nice weekend and It was a nightmare in one 12 hour period. NEVER will I recommend or stay there again.

I would like to stay there again after a few improvements. The bed is nice.

they have a busy bar. It is like a resort. It is getting old but i liked the design having both inside and rooms outside with quick access to cars. The pool has a cool shape and the room felt more secure than i expected.

My room ket stopped working and they gave my a replacement. I find it suspicious when things change about my room with no explanation from staff. They should have asked for identification to allow me access to a room.

Nothing went right. Was given the wrong room. Went back to the desk, still given another wrong room. Sheets had a stain on them. When I called they said there was nothing they could do because no staff can do it. Photo below 👇

The room was poorly dated not clean Room was supposed to be a king and was adjacent to an extra room that was accompanied by somebody else and all separated me and then was too locked little doors that were basically paper thing had no privacy the shower was janky the tub janky and so was the toilet all in all I was staying in a hood motel It did not mean the expectations that I had nor did it match the pictures that I saw overall I will never stay here again

Never again at this property

Check in staff misled me to believe I had a later check out. Next day house keeper did not identify herself and opened my daughter's room door. When knocking on my door she didn't identify herself but asked if I was checking out. I said I had a late check out, then the front desk calls an hour later. This is where I got mad but remained cordial. The front desk person said I didn't have a right to be upset because I wasn't allowed a late check out without calling the desk in the day of check out. How about I have every right to be upset because how am I to know proper policy if your staff doesn't. Also my heat was stuck on blast I couldn't turn it down so I settled for off and bundled up in the blanket and threw on an extra pair of socks

quiet stay. nothing fancy. worked perfect for what we needed

Friendly staff and convenient location. Pest and bug free

outdated finishings. obvious drug deals in parking lot. furnace has a “click” to it that sounded like someone was wiggling the door handle. happened about every 2 minutes.

Nothing.

There was major construction and the bathroom tub was a major Hazzard - the tub liner had water under it and it caused the floor to move. My sister in law fell and it took me 10 minutes to get her out. Also the small fridge was loud and missing the levelers because I had to shove something under it to bring it up so I could open the door.

The room had a smell walls were dirty carpet was dirty I didn’t feel comfortable at all but I had no choice but to stay because I needed some where to sleep until the morning.. plus they overcharged my debit card charge me for 2 rooms when I only got one it was terrible

Check for mistakes don’t overcharge people debit card clean the walls in the room clean carpet

A reasonable place to stay for the price. This reviewer is from Canada, not France.

Staff were very courteous and accommodating.

Booking was supposed to include breakfast. There was no breakfast. The motel explained they have not served breakfast since the beginning of COVID three years ago. This was Booking.com's error.
