The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with booking.com not completing my reservation correctly (ie putting my first name first on the reservation and the Marriott staff was unable to find it). Booking.com blamed me and wanted to charge me cancellation fees close to 500 dollars! Vanessa from Marriott helped me resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Marriott in Normal Illinois but I will never use Booking.com again.

Everything about the location, room, and actual hotel itself. Very clean.
No comp breakfast or evening happy hour with snacks and drinks, oh the fact nothing mentioned parking fee until I got there. $15 a for parking is crazy.

The bathroom was not clean. The room was ok but there were things that were dirty.
There was nothing in the room or on-site to tell you when the restaurant opened or if there was food or drinks.
