I absolutely loved the hotel!!!

It was just ok. It served its purpose.

Great location. Love proximity to Uptown Normal. Staff was friendly.

Room was kind of yucky. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Towel bar was missing altogether. Shower could have been cleaner and shower gel was completely empty.

Awesome stay!

The staff was phenomenal. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was great and loved the omelet station and the chefa that worked ot. The waitresses were super sweet. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Cannot recommend

The location

We choose this hotel because it stated it had room service. It did not. The Restaurants employees we less than helpful and it wasn't clean. Our feet were sticking to the floor. The rooms beds sagged in the middle and there was a hole in the wall. An employee woke us up at 8 am to ask if we needed anything. It was so odd. We won't stay at this hotel again.

Clean and convenient location to event.

Inconvenient parking and the extra cost for parking after paying higher price for hotel was unexpected. No luggage carts located by parking structure. Pool so cold, couldn't use.

The facility was amazing I wish I could say the same about the faculty and the breakfast experience.

Location was everything for this trip. The facility was beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

Breakfast was very busy and lacked food long wait times for refills, silverware, drinks. I actually went to the hotel store and bought drinks for us in the morning.

Great location. Clean rooms and common areas. Friendly check in.

Although beds were comfortable they it felt like the frame was a little weak or loose as it would make noise when I rolled over.

I booked 3 rooms through the website, had a confirmation number and everything. when we arrived to check in, they said they only had one room available for my party, but they still charged my card for three rooms

location to our sons college

it says on booking.com and on the hotel website that there is “hottub to relax after a long day” and there is. it. we picked this hotel for that reason. staff was rude when we asked about hot tub.

Great location for ISU graduation

Close proximity to Illinois State for our daughters graduation.

Seeing stains on the carpet and chair in the room. Used a personal blanket to cover the chair.

Despite being confirmed, my room was given to others, for over-booking. I received no text, email, phone call and learned of it when I checked in at 9PM.

I loved the conference although the hotel staff could use some additional training on service.

I like that the conference was in the same facility and the room was clean.

The charge of the room was 3 times the value of the block for the conference and we were put in a King with mutiliple ladies that are not of the same family. Our receipt showed a parking fee of $10 and then when we left the garage we were charged another $14 and we had two vehicles so for parking was $48. That is higher than downtown Chicago. The service at check out could care less that we were inconvenienced and didn't say sorry or even look up from the computer screen to listen to us. That was after I waiting in line and had to ask for help.

The room and staff were fine. The need to pay an exhorbitant amount for breakfast for two was not.

No continental breakfast provided so we had to spend more than $35 in the restaurant. I've never ever had to do this at any other hotel I've stayed in.

You need to offer at least free coffee and basic pastries for breakfast
