Location and staff were very friendly. Breakfast area and options were great.

Our room size was ok as was the bathroom area for 4 of us however the AC and fan in the room weren't working great and made for a stuffy sleep environment. Sheets and blankets were not prepared or available in our room for our pull-out bed, we were able to go down to the front desk and remedy but it was very late when we returned to the room. Plugs in the room walls were really loose and wobbly in the wall so we were concerned about safety so we didn't use those. Overall a solid experience with location and staff but a few misses in the room itself.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Carpets a little dated.

Our stay at Hyatt was amazing. The location is excellent. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The breakfasts were very good. The staff members were very friendly and supportive

However, there was a very unpleasant moment related to the payment of our stay. I paid for our stay in advance, through Booking.com. However, the cost of the stay was charged from our bank card for the second time during our stay. The incorrectly debited money was returned a few days later. But we were limited in funds for a while, which was very frustrating. I hope that the hotel management will solve the problem of double debiting money so that customers do not experience such aversions anymore in the future

Location and very comfortable

I reserved 3 rooms for 2 nights each and one room i reserved a third night.this was a family trip for my so s college graduation. I reserved these rooms almost a year in advance.I called numerous time to check on the reservation because i was traveling with family and wanted things to go smoothy. On the second day i received a phone call from the hotel saying that we only reserved one of the rooms For one night. I spoke with the fro t desk and they said i needed to call booking since i reserved with booking. I got them on the phone and put them on speaker with the hotel front desk and she heard that i reserved for two nights. She said ok and i confirmed that we were set. I left for my sons graduation and on my way out saw the lady at the front desk and confirmed that we would be good again. A hour later ( at my sons graduation ) i received a call from the hotel stating that we will have to leave our hotel room. After explaining that we just talked and i was told that everything was good she said that i was wrong and she was talking to another customer. I was so upset and told her that i am at my so s graduation and we will be back in a few hours. I told her that we will need to figure this out when i get back. I voicemail during my si s graduation that we would not need to move to another hotel. I did not get a explanation of why this happened but i was just happy it got figured out but then my parents( same reservation) received the same call and was told they only reserved the room for one night and would need to find another hotel. I was so embarrassed and really did not know where this was coming from. I had reserved this a year in advance and had all the documentation of these reservation.They had no explanation and were not sorry. The hotel was nice but this all was very upsetting and i am not certain what they were trying to accomplish by saying we did not reserve our rooms.
