Second time I have stayed there and I will come again if in the area.

Location, breakfast, pool, big rooms, soft beds, clean

Parking was across the street and in parking garage so it took 5 min to get to the car.

An elegant clean stay, was a very nice place to stay at.

Very clean, friendly staff, parking included, and delicious breakfast

Would’ve liked cozier comforter that can be used as a cover. Doors were also loud when closing

Could be a 10 if the mattresses were comfortable, but sadly the beds are a non-starter.

Parking was excellent and convenient. The room was well-appointed although the carpet was filthy. I booked a pet-friendly room, so wondering if this is why. We didn't end up bringing our pets. I love how the room is set up and the sofa makes it so nice. We did not use the pull out bed, but it's nice to have a sofa to spread out a little, sit and relax.

Carpet was horribly filthy but the rest of the room was extremely clean. The beds are probably the reason I will not be back. They're so stiff it's like sleeping on the floor. So horrible we could not sleep - kept waking up all night to get comfortable. Hips and back were killing me.

We felt that we made a great choice!

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was set up in a nice private area away from seating. Enjoyed the Starbucks coffee that was provided. Also liked that there was a Starbucks on the property. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would consider returning.

if we ever have to return to town we will stay across the street at the Marriott

size of room and view were very good.

tv didn't turn on. your employee tried for a half hour to make it turn on and couldn't and no compensation was offered at check out. we were charged extra to have a room with bathroom grab bars - so much for the ADA

The 2 Christina's in laundry were VERY NICE, ALWAYS smiling and offered help each time I saw them .

Breakfast was awesome

I was nit pleased with the rate I was charged... I didn't know I was booking it 3rd party. I was under the impression I was speaking to a representative of the hyatt. I did not get any bonus points for stay either because of this situation.

DISAPPOINTING

I might as well have stayed at a Motel 6. Beds aren’t made anymore (I was not told that they only make beds every other day). I DO NOT SLEEP IN UNMADE BEDS!!!! If I have to make the bed, Then why am I staying in a hotel??!! $200+ a night and no service. My favorite hotel in Bloomington/Normalbut I will NEVER be back. Heartbreaking!!!!

MAKE THR BEDS AND TIDY UO THE TOOM LIKE ITS SKWAYE BEEN DONE BEFOR. No one cares anymore and it makes me so very sad. The room prices should come down if you don’t have as many housekeeping employees.

The location is great and the adjacent parking lot and free parking is a plus.

The rate for a random weekend visiting my college daughter seemed like it could have bit a bit lower.

Not the best parking!

I would suggest a complimentary breakfast, which is the norm for hotels! A free cup of coffee in the morning would be nice!

I went to check in and was forced to wait 1.5 hrs by booking.com while they communicated with the hotel. In the meantime

2nd visit to this hotel

This was our 2nd stay at this Hyatt on our way back up to Chicago as its a couple of hours away. Good that you can pull up outside to check in before moving car to multi storey across the road which is paid for by the hotel. Beds were comfortable and clean and we will go back again on our next road trip. Great little map available at the hotel helped us locate good food and brewery just around the corner

Basic breakfast no orange juice and terrible coffee so ended up going to Starbucks

Would definitely give a different hotel a chance.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

The breakfast was not good, no syrup for the French Toast sticks, no cream for the coffee, the floors were sticky throughout the the dining and kitchen area, there were a few hairballs with dust in the kitchen area (the man working that area just kept stepping over it) no soap or paper napkins in the rest room. No napkins in the breakfast area. The man who seemed to work there didn’t know where anything was. We had no clue that they had a terrace or a swimming pool till we heard the receptionist tell the other person checking in. No clue about the free breakfast either. He didn’t take the time to explain the amenities which would have been nice. I don’t think we’d stay there again.

Went to check in at 5:00pm and we’re told they cancelled our room. After we received an email in the morning stating they were looking forward to our stay. We had to find another hotel ourselves. Will never stay there!!!

Put my husband and brother-in-law in a king room instead of the double-queen I booked

The location was great, but the beds were not.

The room was clean, and we were on a high floor, which I requested. The temperature was easily adjusted and the room came to temp quickly. The blackout shades really did keep the room nice and dark in the morning. The water temperature and pressure were perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was very convenient. Check in and check out were quick and seamless. Parking was free with our stay.

The beds were SO uncomfortable! It was like sleeping on a yoga mat on the floor. No give AT ALL. I had to keep changing my position because of hip and shoulder pain, which made for 2 very long nights of broken sleep. Not only were the beds too hard, but the pillows were too soft, as in NO SUPPORT. The location is great if you are visiting ISU, which I was, BUT, the parking garage is across the street from the hotel. During the day, this is no big deal. At night, however, it was hard to figure out where to go, depending on what door you exit, as there was no helpful signage anywhere. The Marriott across the street had a covered catwalk connecting the hotel to the parking garage. That would have been great! There were also homeless people camped out after dark. This is not a social issue for me, but a safety issue, especially since my young daughter and I passed a few people several times, trying to locate the front door of the hotel.

location, rooms were nice and spacious and beds were comfy. staff was very nice and helpful. breakfast was great. pool was great

nice to have more food at the restaurant for choices ran out of microwaves for the rooms ice machine didn’t work food was all over the floor by the elevator Sunday morning and smelled horrible.

The stay was quick and pleasant.

Room was as expected Lobby was nice and comfortable Breakfast was good Location was outstanding for the purpose of our visit

Bathroom door stuck, to the point where my child could not get out. I told the front desk, I'm sure they fixed it. The walls were thinner than I expected, but the floor.was generally peaceful so it was not a major inconvenience.

it was very nice except for the lights in the bathroom

the bathroom lights were on a timer so at night they didn’t turn on right away and we found that somewhat dangerous.

My sense of safety was shattered the first and second night after two separate incidents.

I didn't know I would have to park in a parking garage across the street and walk through groups of homeless, crazy people. Ultimately, I had to change my itinerary to ensure that I didn't get back after dark. There was no microwave so my daughter couldn't heat up her leftovers. I was promised a free night worth if points and didnt get it, because someone walked into my room the second night. The staff was aplogetic enough about the incident and gave me two free drink tokens. Thia was my first time at a Hyatt and will probably be my last.
