This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was wonderful. Can't say enough about this place. It was a stop over heading to California from Santa Fe and I really didn't expect a wonderful stay. We didn't want to leave! We will be coming back.

It was in a good location. Clean enough. The price a bit much for what was included.
The staff was less than personable. The woman in the gift shop was rude and condescending. Hot tub was not working and pool staff was rude and unhelpful. Watched many interactions with other patrons and was shocked by the treatment they were given. The restaurant was over priced and mediocre at best.$22 for a cold undersized burger. $14 for French toast...im good. Ill stick with the local restaurants.
