Nice little getaway

The location was next to shopping plaza which is great to grab extras especially since the room was perfect with a nice little baby kitchen. Bedding was soft & comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, delicious with good option choices. I would stay there again. 23 mins from the casino. Staff was friendly. The price was perfect for everything mentioned.

Very nice place to stay again.

It was very close to the casino and stores. The breakfast was excellent they even had cookies in the launch for every one very nice of that.

The only thing I didnt like is that the room smell a little like old cigarettes smoke. I dont smoke and I can tell but I did brought air spray so it work out ok. But the room was very clean no complain there.

Not worth it for the Price

The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was right off the highway and made it easy to get to and from Mohegan.

The hotel looked like it needed a makeover. Our room was large but the rug looked old and dirty. The room had a little bit of a funky smell to it and the AC definitely needed to be cleaned/serviced. We were only staying for one night but i would definitely try another hotel next time i go to Mohegan. I did not think this hotel was worth $320 for one night. I expected more from a Marriott especially at that price.

Location and size of room. Was good for what we wanted.

we understand that the hotel was very crowded and filled. However, they didn't seem to be enough people working. garbage cans in the breakfast buffet area were overflowing and falling onto the floor. People could not fit anymore in so it started piling up on top of the garbage cans and on the floor. People didn't clean often enough. under one of the tables, a bundle of wires taped together had fallen from underneath the table, and all those wires, TV, lamps etc were hanging, with some wires wrapped around the chairs legs. I actually reported it to the desk He was concerned,said thank you and wrote a note. All the while we were there nobody came to fix it, but others came to sit at the table and moved the chair all around the wire bundle. We stayed 2 nights but nobody came in to clean after the first night. (Since Covid I know some things changed so maybe that's policy now). Showerhead in our room could not be raised higher than a 4 foot level. Made it very inconvenient to get under the shower. water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low.

Highly recommend the property and commend the staff

The staff was exceptional. Good breakfast - lotsa choices. Very comfortable.

All was good. A bit pricey, but it was, after all, a holiday weekend.

Lousy. Oatmeal was like mush. Coffee was average.

The main thing for a lodging is the bed--we stay to sleep. The mattress was uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well at all. We woke up achy. Coffee maker in the room had no filters. The room was otherwise nice. Get decent mattesses and your reviews will skyrocket.

Clean, welcoming, delicious place to stay!

I absolutely loved how clean everything was. Matt welcomed me and also helped with the Bonvoy app. Adrienne put out the best hotel breakfast ever! The room was super clean. Gorgeous. Loved the view from my room! Sweet pond behind building.

Information to know before you go.

The bed was very comfortable, And the continental breakfast was a nice bonus.

Was very disappointed about the pool not being operational. One of the reasons I made my reservations there was for the pool. Unfortunately after I made my reservation an hour later I received the email saying the pool was Not open at the time. I understand things happen but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the pool was unavailable before I made my reservations.

1.There was no closet or clothes hanging options in the room… in fact the space where it should be looked damaged. 2. There appeared to be some kind of sensor at the door. 3. Our keys were de activated before we checked out.

For the price of this hotel room per night I was expecting to get what I paid for.

The location of the hotel was convenient. I went to visit my son who is stationed at the Naval Base in Groton.

I reserved a suite that had 2 tv's shown in the picture, which was the reason why I reserved the room. But when I got to the room, there was only a small tv in the room which was supposed to be shared by the room and the suite. The tub in the bathroom was also questionable. It wouldn't drain properly which didn't allow you to take a decent shower.
