Proximity to our kids whom we were visiting. Close to a shopping center and coffee
Parking was difficult with a large vehicle. No water in the “bar” area. We didn’t need it, but it wasn’t working. But, it’s an older facility with with upgrades. We lived in Glendora for 20 years and remember this place. This is the reason we chose it when visiting. All in all, it worked for us.

The motel has that "old" vibe and it was clean. It definitely needed some upgrade especially the rate is not cheap.
It says comes with breakfast but it's not really a lot to choose from, for the price that I paid and if I added another $25 I could have stayed at Marriott where hotels are at least 4+ ranking and great choices of food. But I chose this instead because I want to try and it's within close proximity to where I am heading the following day.
