Best Western Route 66 Glendora Inn

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet (that is no noisy neighbors). The breakfast was good too and the parking was sufficient.

2 things - 1. When we got there, the woman at the front desk was not around. We had to wait a good 5 minutes for her to show back up. If a person steps away from the front desk, it would be prudent to have a sign there stating - "Helping another guest. be back in 5 minutes" so arriving guests know what is going on. 2. We got there shortly after 9pm. When we got to our room, the temp showed 90º. :( When we tried to turn on the a/c, it did not respond. After about 5 minutes of playing with the unit, we had to finally go down to the front desk to have the front desk woman get the unit to work. Once it was on, it worked fine. I would recommend that housekeeping set the rooms to 78º so even though the rooms may not be as cool as some peple would like when they check in, atleast the rooms wouldn't get super hot.

Location was very well kept.

There’s nothing that I particularly did not like.

The continental breakfast was lacking

Outdated. People yelling in the hallways and ceiling leaking in the lobby.
