I was traveling across country and this was so convenient, I stayed there on the way to the East Coast from Coloradoan on the way back to COLORADO. The night staff were so welcoming. Both times. In the morning staff as well.
The breakfast was hot, scrambled eggs, and sausages with all the other things that are in decent hotel breakfast.
I’ve decided to start staying at Hampton Inn and other Hilton establishments pretty regularly from now on. I haven’t hit a bad one yet.
Nothing to dislike.

Cleanliness was great. Room's temperature setting was nice and cool. Staff was friendly.
Bed could have used a cusioned mattress cover, too firm.

The property was nice, and the breakfast was good. Each day was something different.
We had problems with the night manager. On our second day the morning manager called us because they thought we were to check out that day. After talking to her we sorted that out and she was very helpful; but when it came time to go back to the hotel we had been locked out of our room. We went to the front desk and talked to the lady when her manager came up and tried to tell us that someone was already in our room that we could have a different room. We tried to explain to her that all our stuff was in that room. And tried to explain the situation and show her the confirmation number for the hotel. She just stood there with her face in her hands for about 3-5 minutes making it very awkward. The only thing that saved our stay here was when we returned for the second time that day and the same front desk lady apologized for her manager and how she acted.
