Great staff and facilities! Everyone we met seemed so happy to see us. The pit fire was also a blast. Restaurant staff were great, accommodated us, and the food was delicious!

Customer service went beyond expectations. When the laundry facilities on my floor were being serviced, I asked the front desk for alternatives and they sent me to the adjoining hotel and the washing machines and dryers were free.

Also, the two alternating female bartenders were super friendly, even though they were very busy.

Although it was easy to purchase a drink and carry it outside to the fire pit, it would have been nice to have a server walking around to the guests outside to take drink orders and bring the drinks out to them. This was not a dislike, only a suggestion.

THE BATHROOM TUB WAS CLOG AND THE SINK I DID UNCLOG THE SINK AND THE THE BATHROOM TUB TO RUN BETTER, BUT IT WAS DANGEROUS WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF A LAWSUIT INITIALLY THE WATER WAS UP TO MY ANKLES
