The location of the hotel was a little out of the way but we were looking for it in the dark so that was a bit more of a challenge. However, we did stop for directions and immediately found it. It was a quiet location and much appreciated. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and the staff was exceedingly friendly. It was entirely pleasant.
Our only tiny thought was about regulating the thermostat in the room. We could not get it comfortably set but we found the final resolution to be quite satisfactory.

Very friendly welcome at reception. When we noticed water on the bathroom floor, we were given the room next door for easy move.
We stay at Hamptons quite a bit and would like some variety in the breakfast items.

Desk clerk Dorothy is excellent on her job. Great demeanor and care of patrons. Breakfast was superior to many others offering plentiful choices.
Something out of your control was kids running the halls after 9 p.m. lack of parental oversight which is not a reflection on your operations.
