Staff was good and room was clean.
When the room above showered it was quite loud in our room and the hot tub wasn’t really hot

Room and breakfast were excellent.
We had major problem with internet. Booked with Expedia so couldn't access our confirmation number and person who checked us in couldn't find any record of us. Now I'm trying to work with Expedia to get a refund on what I had previously booked.
We ended up spending a lot more on room due to this glitch.

Room was clean along with the shared areas. Staff was pleasant.
Quiet and comfortable beds.
Was not aware that the pool was closed before arrival. I noticed that the bathtub did not drain well and the clothes hook in bathroom fell out of the wall. We were told the first night that it would be fixed right away. Day 2, I was told that maintenance would take care of it. Not while we were there.

"There was a wide variety of items available for breakfast - eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bagels, yogurt, pastries, bananas, Apples. All food was at the proper temperature and quite tasty!"
