The people at the desk were very, very helpful and polite, a young Indian gentleman, and a young lady on the Night Shift. The housekeeper was so kind and helped out and got batteries for our remote.

There was no breakfast at this location. In the room had refrig & electric burners
The staff was welcoming & care about their customers. However because of new ownership with new flag took booking.com a longer time to verify my payment for the room. Was not fault of the staff the verification process took a longer time from booking.com

The room was clean. The bed and pillows were fine, and the TV with lots of station choices worked well. The ice machine was close by and worked fine.
There was no breakfast provided, and no chair in the room. There was considerable noise in the hallway until about 10 pm.
The pool was closed, and the elevators are out of service.
