The hotel is undergoing some renovations to freshen up the rooms and repair some aging items but our room was large, spacious and well appointed. The sea view was great and the location and staff were brilliant. The hotel is well located for visiting Key Largo as there are great options for eating, fishing and diving on the doorstep. The hotel also has a nice beach bar, kayaks for viewing the mangroves and bay and the breakfast is decent.
The room could have done with a brighter light, but overall it's a great hotel.

The room was modern and spacious
Reception staff in the morning were very friendly
Corridors, reception and entrance need modernising and fixing. Dirty carpets, walls and windows.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel has some remodeling going on but they didn’t make noise in the evening. Hotel was quiet and pretty with a great little beach. Our room was clean and comfortable

Goos location, freindly staff, good breakfast, easy check in and check out. Nice beach area with sunset view.
I was surprised they did not create a better vibe around the beach area. No music, I never saw the Tiki bar open. Thought if they had the Tiki bar open around 11AM and had light music it could have enhanved the beutiful beach area. It was boring so we did not stay long in that area and went to other places that had a little better vibe.
