Overall, we could consider staying there again if we are in the area.

Size of the room. Very comfortable and great kitchen.

Breakfast the first day was fine. But Saturday when I arrived at 7 am the coffee, eggs and sausage were all luke warm at best. I had to ask a staff person to replace the coffee machine with another machine with hot coffee. I didn't complain about the food but it seemed as if they warming trays were not plugged in.

It was a quick stay. Excellent night sleep.

Homewood suites is a favourite for sure. Nice suites, lots of nice details. Very comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Love a full kitchen, plates, glasses, etc.

Nothing. I look forward to staying at Homewood Suites. I hope the prices remain reasonable.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed and if we are ever visiting again we would stay here!

The front desk was amazing. They were polite and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were great. The actual room was phenomenal; 2 rooms-1 with our beds and one with the living room and kitchen area. It had everything we needed. And the restaurant Margarita’s is literally in your parking lot!

The only issue we had was a weird smell from something to do with maintenance in the hallway but it was not constant. The breakfast was good but my kids were bummed no bacon at all after being there for 5 mornings.

Exceptional

Everything was great. I have stayed here before with My family. Only downfall was how uncomfortable the pull out couch was, given that we gave the children the comfortable beds. We sucked it up for the couple of days.. leaving poor sleep. However Everything else was clean and friendly, will definitely be back again!

Disappointing

Stayed one night to visit NH State. Air conditioning in room was not working - they did fix it as soon as they could. Could have been cleaner. Room had a moldy smell. Staff did attempt to be accommodating.

Nothing I hated the fact that I had to stay in a hallway for two hours to get into a room because the door was locked and the maintenance couldn't open it

Exceptional

We stayed with my oldest and some of her friends to celebrate her birthday. The room was bigger than expected, breakfast was amazing, and the kids had a blast in the pool!! The staff was kind and attentive; the ladies in the kitchen were especially sweet and friendly to our daughter and her friends-helping them with the waffle machine, asking questions about her birthday and if they were having fun, etc. I have never experienced such attentive staff during a hotel stay. Kudos to you, Homewood Suites!

Good experience for a family group.

We are a family group and enjoy the space within one suite. The kitchen is also a bonus as it is not so easy to take my elderly mother-in-law to restaurants.

The breakfast was not quite as good as some of the other Homewood Suites that we have stayed in. The eggs were overcooked and the yogurt was not labeled. Also, I would prefer to have real dishes rather than throw away. Food tastes better and it is good for the environment.

Overall it was a convenient location. It met our needs for the one night.

The location of the breakfast area was fine. However, the eggs were almost gone and the sausages were over cooked.

We were disappointed in the room because it was not as clean as it should be. Dusty and the carpet was stained.

Great stay!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious king room. Loved the idea of having a full refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave besides having the option of a full (very tasty) breakfast. Plus there is a Margaritas restaurant on the property.

The only thing I didn't like was .... well, nothing. I liked everything about it and will be back! I suppose I could complain that room service was every 4 to 5 days. But I would rather everyone be safe (covid). I don't mind making my own bed!

Staff great rooms not clean

convenience. Great breakfast. Staff was especially the front desk was very nice and helpful.

First room smelled overwhelming of cigarette smoke. Next room was not cleaned properly. Sticky countertop, not swept or vacuumed.
