Very clean, fairy family, friendly decorated for the season. It really brought a lot of joy.
Nothing not to like the place overall 1000% amazing staff is amazing. I recommend to everybody and I’ll keep going over and over again.

Clean and comfortable
I didn’t like that the amount I paid through booking . Com. Was 100 more that the actual hotel was charging

Very clean room and convenient services.
Bed was not comfortable because the mattress was not soft enough.

Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable.
Lobby looked nice when you walked in.
Wood furniture in room was old, chipped and falling apart. There was a perfume smell permeating the room that made me wheeze. Had to sleep with window open, but only opens 1” and no screens. I had to wipe down area to hang clothes (open “closet”) it was covered with black dust. Receptionists were often outside smoking, leaving front desk unattended.
