Surprised that the unit is complete. It is like a mini service apartment.
We didn't have in-room slippers. The shower can be updated and it would be nice if there is bidet. The bed is a little too soft, the pillows needs a little more update.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They had decent food for breakfast and the staff was great.
We found the location within walking distance to many things.
It is a very busy hotel on the weekends. There can be a wait for elevators and the lobby can get crowded.

Location is exceptional and it was neat and clean.
One of the front desk staff member was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to help. We had a very long flight with huge delays. By the time we got to the hotel, we were extremely exhausted. Though we had paid for the first night, he showed no leverage to make the remaining payment in the morning. We had to go out again to arrange cash. Due to the weekend, the ATMs nearby were closed too. It was a rough night. We just didn’t like the way he approached the situation. Eventually, I had to use my friend’s credit card which wasn’t an ideal situation for me.
