Great location

Hotel is 20 minute walk from main attractions (Top of the Rock, Empire State, Radio City, Times Square). Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Beverages available in the lobby all day and nice cookies in the late afternoon/evening.
Close to lots of restaurants on 9th Avenue.
Buffet breakfast was ok but hotel uses paper plates and individually wrapped plastic cutlery which isn't really acceptable - difficult to cut food and not environmentally friendly.
Storage in the bedroom consisted of a small hanging space and no drawers so we didn't unpack our cases and there was nowhere to store them if we had. Bathroom was modern with a good shower but again nowhere to put wash bags/contents.

Clean rooms, friendly staff… loved the big atrium in the lobby for our large group to meet for snacks before wedding. Restaurant was nice, too.

Location is the only good thing about this place.
Rooms are way too small, not like advertised. The beds take up the entirety of the room…very compact space not in a good way. Housekeeping did not happen daily (they didn’t even come back later when requested because we couldn’t respond in Spanish???). Breakfast was a scam, nothing like advertised, and for the cost of five nights… you’re better off staying somewhere else where you’ll get moneys worth. I wish I could be refunded.
