Staff was very nice and Housekeeping really did a good job cleaning the room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Again friendly staff in the food area kept up with all the messes Staff at this facility. Get an A+.
The room smelled musty. The carpet needed to replaced, and there were some plumbing issues. The shower did not drain fast enough, so you stood ankle deep in water while you showered. Dark out curtains had holes in them. The room itself should get a C minus.

Check in staff was wonderful- I called a few days before to get some information about the area and where I was going VERY HELPFUL!!
When arrived on the day was running behind due to traffic and staff remembered that they talked to me and was wonderful- very friendly and found out was working double but again was WONDERFUL!!! Then left AirPod in room called when I got home and staff willing to mail just had to pay shipping - again WONDERFUL

The beds were very comfortable
I could never get into my room. Every time I try to get in I’d have to go back to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed.
