I love the quietness. The room was ok. I had a good restful night. Was able to full my ice bucket to put my drinks. I was able to warn my food

I saved a lot of money staying here. I read the reviews, they weren’t great but accurate. The room smelled and they should get rid of the carpet. If you are looking to save $ and be a few blocks from the water this will work but bring some air freshener.
Had a smell that was not pleasant
