The floors wasn’t so clean the beds was too soft the towels were dinghy not so clean

Location. Oceanfront. On boardwalk.
Room was not clean. Windows had children’s fingerprints all over them. I went and asked for cleaner and cleaned it myself. Was there a week housekeeping never asked if we wanted anything cleaned. We got our own towels.

The cleaniness.
The elevator was terribly slow.

Location and balcony
Extremely dirty and run down. Odd shaped rooms that made the bathroom awkward to use (the toilet was sideways cause the room was so small) Staff made you feel very unwelcome.
