Location and views were beautiful hotel room was cleaner than the reviews say and was very spacious King Suite also felt very private we didn’t hear anyone from our room the whole stay
Poor internet and thought we would have kitchen utensils to cook and eat with and it was empty! Also the ac in pushes hot air into the balcony room making it hot hot hot

The amount of space and the hot tub in the room
Serve breakfast in the hotel, the room needs better cleaning as far as cleaning the windows and the mirrors. Sweeping and moping the floor thoroughly. The towels and wash clothes may have been clean, but if they look old or have stain marks, makes you not want to use them, so put new ones in there. Get new comforters and sheets as well. And only one elevator
