Go somewhere else or bring your own toliet paper and roach spray!

The roaches in the room did not bite and seemed friendly, I even named 2 of them. They were big, they've been eating Good and they seem to be happy and well taken care of. Housekeeping also gave free wake up calls while you were sleeping. Just beat on the door for no reason and they didn't have toilet paper on there carts. The breakfast they served provided a good colon cleaning everyday I was there, but the property don't stock toliet paper, so it was a daily challenge.

The room had roaches. They climbed on the walls. The hotel didn't have toliet paper at the time of check in. Front desk didn't have any and had to go in vacant rooms to find some. Attendant came back with less than half a used roll. I feared we would have to go out to the dollar store and buy some. I guess the patel's forgot to stock up on toliet paper before the weekend. Door cards had to be reactivated everyday we were there. I was going to ask for a refund, however, seeing the state of the property I felt the patel's needed that money more than I did. I will not stay at the fine roach establishment ever again.

Only stay here if your extremely tired and want a cheap room.

Beds were new and comfortable. room was clean. Afternoon Staff was very friendly, tried to fix TV and offered to move us, but we were already settled in and tired after 11 hr drive. We did complain to day shift the next morning about no hot water.

The metal door hasp for lock was missing, only wood and dry wall locking door shut. No remote, then found out TV was broken. Couldn't log into WiFi. No chair. No hangers, Window seal and curtains stained from water damage. NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER next morning. Breakfast was down to a few small danish, no toast, no milk for cereal. only two yogarts in fridge. Coffee tasted like instant. Did not try waffle maker or juice. We went to Duncan instead.

I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend to anyone

There were a lot of drug activity in the hotel and I spoke to the manager and she said there is nothing she can do. They were also smoking illegal drugs in there rooms in was all in the hallway this was unacceptable and I couldn’t get any refund. The breakfast run out before 8am and the dining area was filthy. The tub was clogged and I requested someone to fix it no one come we had to unclog it so we could shower. The room was dirty we had to clean it ourselves this was a mess.

Hotel looked nothing like online pictures.. the rooms were horrible.. no phone in the room.. sheets were dirty.. I ended up leaving the same day and checking in some place else.. just nasty

Hotel not up to par, for accomations that normally are offered.

Concerned by a few offers of what I may "settle for"....(i.e., televison, poor water pressure). The manager seemed frustrated by his own circumstances of a short staff, therefore not friendly.

This place needs a major overhaul!

We didn't get killed.

Where do we even begin? The shower curtain was broke the TV was off the wall. The bed was hard as a brick. Lamp didn't work. Wires hanging out the wall. Rust all over the shower curtain rod. Refrigerator off the wall. Desk were all crooked. This place is a dump. Bed bugs wouldn't stay here!!

Deserves a full refund for getting sick while staying at the hotel

Having a balcony was nice, the bed was comfortable. The water pressure for showers was great.

The staff was rude, especially the evening male employee who works the front desk. the staff didn't service my room. When I asked at the third day. It was very difficult just to get a clean towel. I was not allowed to get any shampoo or a change of bed sheets. The air conditioning unit was old and I don't believe there are any filters because the room got me sick with cough and congestion. Honestly, my stay should be fully refunded for the incompetence of the business and the treatment I received from the staff.

Room in very bad repair. Would not stay here again and would not recommend.

This hotel and room (221) needs a LOT of TLC! Only one bath towel provided, for 3 people, said they would bring more when they were dry, never received. No Kleenex, toilet paper fell off holder, holes in walls at outlet, dresser drawers missing and others out of line, hair dryer cord only had one prong therefore unable to use, old headboard at desk torn and battered, handprints of some sort on closet door, tap drips constantly, markings on sheets, smoke detector on floor in closet but appeared to have one on wall that was working. Towel holder on back of bathroom door missing, but the hardware still there. WAY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT WE GOT!!!

This hotel was horrible would never stay here again

From the moment we got to the hotel it was badd. We checked into the room the TV didn't work we stayed on the 3rd floor the whole floor smell like smoke and mildew the room smelled like mildew the bathroom stunk. There was no phone in the room there was no TV Guide in the room. It was a king size room with 1 towel 1 wash cloth. We had to hurry and leave to be somewhere, When we came back we notified staff of everything the young guy walked up to the room to help us with the TV, And when we asked him if he smelled the mildew in the room He said I'm sorry ma'am this hotel needs Jesus. Well he got the TV working, But the TV Guide we were given was a sheet of paper that some kids had drawn all over and had sticky stuff all over the back of it. The only reason we stayed Was there was a concert And a convention in town and nowhere else was available. The lights on one side of the bed were the only ones that worked. When we went downstairs to ask them for a light bulb for the other side they said they didn't have any. When we checked out the next morning we explained everything to the girl at the front desk and she agreed the hotel needed Jesus. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location

It was a disgusting facility and if I were with Wyndham I would be ashamed to have my name on this hotel. If it's a franchise it should be dropped. Baymont by Wyndham's image with me is forever tarnished.

Location good right off interstate, bed comfortable

Was suppose to get an upgrade to suite, did not get the person at desk said it didn't show from booking.com. Room on third floor the whole floor had a funny smell. Room itself also had smell that irritated both of our throats. There was a huge stain on carpet. Did not have a mini fridge or coffee maker in room. Stain was near where the fridge should of been. Oh and no hot water in the whole building. So needless to say no shower. Breakfast was not stocked, no milk, jelly, fruit, eggs were so dry uneattable no half and half for coffee

Nasty Dirty and needs updating

The Building needs a lot updating. The room smelled like smoke and the bathroom ceiling was moldy and peeling. Only 1 towel in the room. Had to go to the front desk and the clerk gave me only 2 towels which one looked like it was used and dirty. Ask for an adjustment on my bill but haven’t heard a word.
