after flying into Louisville airport traveling since 4am, we walked into the front door we were welcome by a smiling and friendly staff member, Andrea. she was able to honor our request to check in an hour or so early, just what we needed after a long morning, we would have begged, but we did have to. We met many folks there for the same reason Family Day & Graduation for our Cadets in Fort Knox.
All the staff from registering, checkout, breakfast/ kitchen and housekeeping very friendly and helpful

Nice looking nice people breakfast was good
Room was not clean enough my husband stepped on a earring in the bathroom I called before making my reservation to make sure they had a hot tub they said they did which when we got there to check in they did not have a hot tub The beds were really hard but the pillows were really nice
