The room was spacious, clean and very welcoming.
Hard to find something I didn't like. Great location for a hotel. Staff was amazing. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bed was amazing. If I HAVE to pick a gripe, it would be that the cookies aren't just out for you to take. Btw, the cookies I'm mentioning are given to you when you get the room and taste DELICIOUS!! I asked for 2 when leaving and they accommodated!!! Will 100% be staying there again.

The location is central and good and beds are comfy- some rooms have nicer roomier bathrooms and some have small ones - but all the other items are just so so
The second elevator in the middle of the building has been broken for the last three times we’ve stayed there with no site of it getting fixed. This is ridiculous as the hotel is booked often and should definitely have that option. It is a long walk from the opposite side of the building.
In addition, many of the bathrooms that are older are very small. Only some rooms have nice roomy bathrooms.
None of the refrigerators work well they don’t let the items get cold or freeze them
They should definitely have discounts for people who stay there frequently, and we have never been offered or an upgrade

Clean, modern room. Elevator. Warm cookies upon arrival.
Did not provide many towels. Rooms were a bit noisy at night with busy street below. Small outdoor only pool.

The room was decent sized and clean. The 3rd shift front desk woman was kind and helpful.
The couch in our suite was downright uncomfortable. The fridge was empty (no mini bar). The smell in the hallway was very bad, and when I followed my nose to the ice room next to our room, it smelled like a rotting corpse was in there... literally the distinct smell of rotting meat and bacteria. I had to complain twice before our room was moved. The café/lounge menu was very small and the medicore food took a very long time to come out. The front desk guy Brian gave me the creeps. Overall, me and my girlfriend felt dissatisfied and agreed we would NOT be coming back.
