Comfortable room. Helpful and friendly front desk staff.
Noisy hallway. Could hear people talking and banging doors.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. The floor in the corners needed a swipe and the wall behind the sink had what looked like toothpaste splashes. Kind of gross.

I did not partake of the breakfast I am a late sleeper, However. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE COFFEE AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY AT 11 AM. most other hotels have coffee available 24/7 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found them Management, especially the General Manager was excellent. The general manager Barbara Beresova was very professional and seemed to handle guests with the utmost respect. She set a wonderful example for her staff and the building and the property looked very clean.

Tv didn’t work the first night and no one showed up to fix it. Then we were told corporate tried to reset it after waiting over an hour
