I liked how close it was to the arena. The room was nice.
We got there about 45 mins after check in. We waited in a huge line to check in and she said our room wasnt ready. She gave us a free drink voucher and 2 hours later she said our room was ready. We were exhausted from the drive and just wanted to get settled. When we got up to our room, used the card to unlock the door and went to push it open and it opened about 3 inches and stopped. The security jam thing somehow flipped open when the door was closed from housekeeping. So we couldn't get in. Thankfully the housekeeping lady was 2 doors down and seen us trying to get in and she somehow got it unstuck with some string.

We’ve stayed here a few times now, and each time, staff are always friendly, rooms are clean, and they are spacious for the value. It’s walking distance to stadiums and local bars.
The bartender couldn’t keep up with the crowd on a Friday night. We waited quite a bit then decided to just go up to our room.

Very convenient, near the stadium and not too far from The Met, grocery stores, shopping etc., staff was super friendly and took care of the one issue that we did have. Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Philly as well as booking clients here that will be attending shows and games.

I liked that the property was within walking distance to the Phillies stadium
When I entered the hospital a gross cockroach scurried into the sliding doors with me.
The elevators were not cleaned and there was food on the floor, the carpet in my room was very dirty and I had to keep my shoes on during my stay. I called the front desk to ask for my room cleaned because the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower had hair in it.
