Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.
The staff couldn't speak English very well and were very crabby. The corners and edges in the rooms could have been cleaner.

The airport is just around the corner, I called them when I arrived and they sent a driver to pick me up immediately!
Surrounded by beautiful Alaska giant tress, peaceful with a beautiful view from my window! The staff was kind, professional 🫶

Both breakfast and location were ok for an airport hotel.
Their phones were not working and they were unaware so there was no way to contact them for the shuttle from the airport. I finally overheard other people waiting for the shuttle for another hotel that shared the same shuttle as the Baymont so I was able to connect. Otherwise I was considering a cab. I had to demonstrate to the front desk that their phones weren't working by calling them while standing there. They weren't argumentative but kept looking at their system and saying everything appeared to be in order.
