Overall, the stay was good, we really liked the breakfast, they have several options and everything was good.
The cleaning needs to be better, the bathroom exhaust fan was very dusty, there was hair on the bathroom's floor, and the room's floor was generally very dirty.

Good location for the kind of trip that it was. Close to the beach, water park, restaurants. Breakfast was good. Staff was decent first few nights.
After having to change rooms upon arrival, I never got reimbursed for the difference between the rooms. I spoke to a manager and she told me to contact booking.com which I did, and booking could not get in touch with them at the hotel. Very annoying and inconvenient.
