I like the proximity to the airport.
I like the on-site restaurant.
I did not like that it was so difficult to get a shuttle from terminal A. The A.I. answering system never gave me the information I needed to ask for a shuttle and kept directing me in circles. Finally an airport police officer called and ordered the shuttle for me.
I think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. I have stayed in much better for less money.

The location is a favorite when we travel in and out of Philly. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. had a good meal in the bar area. Friendly waiter.
very disappointed this time. The hotel needs a renovation. The entire place smelled like cleaning products. the closet doors and the bathroom door would not close. The door to the room looked like it could literally be pushed open from the hallway. I expect the location to be pricey but this hotel is not a good value for the price. Outdated.
