Just overall professional for a work stay.
Wi-Fi could be stronger. Had trouble working, and this was a work trip.

Greeter checking me in was very accommodating. Bill i think.. he was pleasant and very informative for directions to my concert that evening.
Would have been nice to forewarn of parking cost.. already paying over $200 for a room, and then parking charge on top of that. Kind of outrageous. No information as to how to enter the parking without knowledge of parking cost.
