Très décevant !

Emplacement interessant mais pas non plus optimal ! Chambre et hôtel décoré avec goût bien que légèrement bling. Lits confortables.

Accueil déplorable, pas de sourire, on vous demande si réservation, passeport, CB, signature, numéro de chambre merci au revoir. Pas d'infos sur le petit déjeuner, pas d'infos sur la piscine etc...honteux à ce prix. La chambre donnait sur ... un mur ! Climatisation perfectible, coussins trop mous, salle de bain un peu petite. Enfin, je déteste ce genre d'hôtel luxe qui reçoit tout un tas de gens, réception avec des gens qui se comportent mal alors que même pas client ! Bref expédié déplorable, je blackliste la marque premium de cette chaîne. Vous avez du travail avant de pouvoir prétendre à du vrai 5 étoiles.

If you enjoy looking at the wall from your room

Buyer beware when you book $700 per night room you might have a dreadful view of the wall with dirt and debris. We had 2 rooms and they both had this view. I’m still in shock

Great stay, beautiful place, caring staff.

The accommodations, the rooftop, the food at the restaurants, but most of all the great service and staff of the staff. Everyone was very attentive and in great disposition all the time, from the valet parking service to the ladies that cleaned up our room. Very helpful with my brother who stayed there for several weeks after having a knee surgery.

Nicely decorated rooms and good amount of square footage

The cleaning staff on corridors was a bit noisy and I needed a nap afternoon from my trip 😥

Best Birthday weekend ever <3

We had breakfast at Proper Grit and it was excellent! The service, the food - and the atmosphere in the entire hotel was beautiful.

Everything was good - no issues or complaints.

Comfortable stay, however, service lacking for the *rating/cost of the hotel.

Good location, good facilities, comfortable rooms. Valet was efficient and welcoming.

The service from the staff was fine and acceptable, however, coming from a hotel the previous night where the service was superb our experience was a bit of a let down e.g. no offer of a bell boy to take luggage to the room, only 2 from our party of 4 were offered a welcome drink, allocated rooms were incorrect (the wrong way round resulting in having to switch luggage from floor 2 to floor 7 and vice versa) and pool furniture being removed around us and packed up for the evening even though the pool was still open.

Nice place to stay but housekeeping should have been a lot better

We like our waiter G, he was so awesome. He was the best waiter, very pleasant to talk too

Housekeeping could be better. The toilet room need to wipe down, the walls and baseboards are dirty and dusty and she never replace the bathroom trash bag

My stay was very nice, and the best part of the stay was the excellent service of the staff.

The staff were all exceptionally nice, in particular Ismeralda, Nicholas, Michael and the weekend Doormen. They went out of their way to assist me in a number of matters and ALWAYS DID IT WITH A NICE, SINCERE SMILE! Thanks again for a nice stay in West Palm Beach.

A wool blanket in the closet for cold natured people would be fine.

Very comfortable

It is a beautiful hotel with two great casual restaurants. The staff was great and very attentive.

There were quite a few dogs on the property and for the most part it was great but the dog next to our room barked a lot. They don’t provide beach chairs for the beach only towels

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and West Palm beach and will return in the future

The location was great and we had a room with a marina view and balcony. The facilities were first class and staff friendly and helpful

The price for valet parking a car, which at $48 is excessive. I did not use this facility and self parked at a parking lot 100 yards from hotel at $20 per night

The hotel is centrally located and had a great poolside ambiance

The room...picture of Einstein facing the bed was eerie...too expensive for what they offered...breakfast wasn't even included ...concrete on ceiling was very uninviting...sliding door with frosted glass served no purpose...no drawer next to the bed

Cool hip hotel in great location.

Hip, stylish and home to the beautiful people. Good location but pricey as are most things in West Palm Beach. Excellent friendly polite service from everyone. Hotel restaurant is nice but also lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. I'd definitely stay again.

Very little. My one tiny niggle is that the shower pressure is pretty poor on the 7th floor. Concierge also not that present.
