La verdad para lo costoso que es no tiene nada de diferente a un hotel de carreterA o a cualquiera regular. No hY una zona de trabajo, la piscina nada que ver. Muy lujoso pero eso no te da ningun confort. Ni te sirve de nada. La habitacion igual a cualquier. Holiday inn, con tapete. Hasta pequeña me parecio.

La piscina, para el Precio deberian tener una mejor piscina .

Room was nasty, carpet nasty, shower would barely drain, toilet was only about 12 inches tall. Bathr

I couldn’t believe they changed extra for the breakfast, considering the room was already way overpriced. I left a brand new pair of shoes there. I called 4 times they kept saying they would look and call me back and never did. Someone that worked there obviously kept them

Don't book with booking.com. There are too many lies.

The servants were no problem. They didn't need to clean our rooms because we were. Lean on our own. Our items remained safe in the hotel with no fear of anyone stealing anything. They provided good service as to people but not amenities.

I didn't like that there were no kitchens or microwaves in any of the hotel rooms like suggested. There was a fridge behind a small cabinet that was broken. The hinges on the cabinet doors were completely loose. There wasn't a smart TV anywhere in the hotel. It was a regular TV with a remote that only turned on and off; the volume button worked, and the last thing was it only went up and down in channels, you could not press any numbers to jump or go to menu to see the Guide or anything for that matter. You had to pay for paking, when parking was told it was included. You have to pay for breakfast when we were told breakfast was included. We were also told breakfast is extremely high compared to outside restaurants.

Room run down and dresser drawers would not stay shut bugs in dresser

Shuttle bus drivers nice accommodating, front desk friendly

Restaurant and bar employee Mike was inappropriate and extremely sexual with my daughter and friends

Horrible

There was a bed bug crawling in the bed when I entered the room. I went back to the desk and she moved me to a different room on a different floor. I did not feel comfortable, but it was late at night and I did not want to have to find another hotel. I did not sleep, and the room was dirty. Would not want to stay here again nor would recommend.

Great location but room not clean

Warm cookies at check-in. Easy check out. Breakfast is fair for the price.

Room was not clean, we had to call cleaning service at our arrival. No sheets and no pillows for the sofa bed.

The second floor hallway smelled like smoke The bedlinnen were kinda weird Album the most annoying things is that Booking.com told me they will not provide me with an invoice, receipt and that I have to get one at the hotel. The not so friendly lady behind the counter of the hotel said I do have to get one from Booking. So now I am left with no invoice, receipt and I do need one asap since it was a work trip

Clean

Key didn’t work, had to walk back and forth over 7 times to get the key reprogrammed. Staff was not very friendly with the exception of the bar and breakfast staff they were very friendly!

There was a cockroach living in our closet and I’m pretty sure we got bed bug bites.

The studio was spacious. Good internet, sometimes it lagged. Breakfast super tasty. Employees are very nice. Very Indy bed.

The sofa bed had bread/cookies crumbs when we unfolded it. It had a 4in old and thin mattress. They promised linens for the sofa, we never got them. My son ended up sleeping with me on my king bed (bed was super comfy). We asked for a new room during the following two days, they said they were fully booked. I then decided to accommodate and suck it up.

I don’t think I’m gonna book through here either again I would like to read more reviews and see more people that had si

this hotel was extremely nasty and the people there were liars. They lied to me about almost everything even to the pool being a heated pool but that’s the petty stuff, though the real things was with me saying that I didn’t like the place that I want my money back and there wasn’t no solution and then I started getting weird texts from people at the bottom telling me that they could put me in the same exact room that I was in that I wasn’t happy with I have three kids two girls and one boy they all have to sleep on the same bed together crunched up and complaining.

The staff didn’t communicate with each other and when I asked the lady over the phone about me getting my refund because I only looked in to the building and I looked at the room. I didn’t like it, so I want my money back I should be able to get my money back if I don’t like something when I see it, I like how it smells which it smells very pissy down the hallway. there was mold on top of the cylinders. Don’t need to take pictures of it just go to room 301 on the third floor and just look at it for yourself. No need for me to drop any pictures whatsoever. That place needs to be shot down because if you have your Sillen still wet and you haven’t told them down and put new ones in it can be mold and I think that’s what the smell was down the hallway and I’m just waiting on these people to get back to me about getting my money back for this whole thing because I was inconvenience and they lied to me

The rooms need to be upgraded. The hallways were hot and the room was hot even after adjusting the temperature. This property did not meet the usual Double Tree standards.
