The service at the front desk, the kitchen and the room cleaners

I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again when I come to Novato. The person that checked me in upgraded my room with a balcony when I requested it. The room and bathroom was clean and I had no issues. The hotel overall was clean as well. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly.
I really do not have any complaints. There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.

The lighting in the room was very low. I was on ground floor. There was no wall or barrier to the public so I did not open the drapes. I would have been exposed to the public with zero privacy.
