The staff was very kind and the room was clean and comfortable.
I specifically booked a hotel with a pool and after we checked in we found a sign in the pool entrance stating it was closed for renovations. Guests should be notified when an amenity is no longer available so they can change their booking if needed. They had an outdoor pool at a neighboring property as an alternative but it was cold and raining so that was really not an option. Also the breakfast was ok but the eggs were watery and the hashbrowns were cooked to death.

Breakfast on two mornings was very good, including hot eggs and sausage, waffle maker, etc... as good as any hotel we have been to. The hotel was clean and modern. Room was comfortable. EV charger on site was fast enough to charge our car overnight.
We were VERY disappointed that the indoor pool was closed, since that was the deciding factor for choosing this hotel. We were very surprised to be charged for parking, but this charge was eventually cancelled after complaining. It is a long hotel, so if you have mobility issues, request a room near the front desk elevator.

Comfortable bed and nice room
Staff that lied about the availability of a shuttle, then lied again when I called back, then lied again on the third opportunity just before telling me I should call their shuttle driver directly (completely trying to take themselves out of the screw up)

Staff was very nice and things were very clean. Our room was nice.
There was construction on the on the floor above us and they started very early at 7am. Which my family are not early risers. They key cards kept not working. The indoor pool wasnt open for use. We were going to get a discount but they couldn't give us one because we booked through booking and when I tried to connect with booking customers service they never got back to me.
