Beautiful location the water street property on the water. The Riverwalk is a lot better than the JW Marriott location across the street also so you get some parks for example you get $20 our food and drink each day you get two water taxi trips. If you had to pay for it to be $35 each for the day.
I told the property that they need to be clear about the water Taxi trips. You have to get a card from the front desk saying that you can get the water Taxi trips instead of walking over there and finding out you gotta walk back to the front desk to get the card, the lady said she would tell the other.

Lovely hotel
Breakfast horrid, half the time no buffet as functions
At every turn they try to rip you off. It was constant and obvious resulting in an argument when I checked out
