Staff was very pleasant and made me feel as if they knew me for some time but I had just met them so I really liked that another plus is anything I needed there was no hesitation in making sure I got it and that to me is on point great place to stay at a decent price with great customer service and I would come back and stay no questions asked . Location is great so many stores local and restaurants bus stops ucr you name it and u will find one near thumbs up....
Could of been deep cleaned well only the jacuzzi tub in the room I'm talking about detailed crevices other then that it was clean and nice comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Loved how spacious the rooms were and that the mini fridge we had in our room also had a small freezer. That was neat! Also this location was nice to stay in while having the University of Riverside less than 5 minutes away.
The entrance to go in is kind of small trying to enter from the main road with a huge truck in the middle of the lane was kind of difficult. There were lots of signs of no smoking but when we checked into our room it smelled of cigarette smoke. So I had to let the room air out a bit because I have asthma.

The room was nice and big.
They ask for a 100.00 refundable deposit. I pay over 200.00 for the room. A deposit it crazy when they charge thst much for room.
