we went to a fundraiser at the Denina, the location was perfect. We asked for a view and the team did not disappoint, BEAUTIFUL view and a special treat.
the literal only issue I had (aside from the price which was WHEEWW- but sadly standard for the area) was that the very kind gentleman at the front desk had a deep voice and heavy accent and my hearing is shot. So I could not understand a thing he said. but that is not his issue. I could have benefitted from a written script or something.

Comfy beds, spacious room, good location
Even though not near the lifts there was a continual hum/vibration when the lifts in use....mind usually only 2 out of four lifts working!
Room also had an interleading door ...a rather large gap under the door so light shone through and could hear the entirety of whoever in that other rooms conversation/TV!
Breakfast was not well stocked and considering no children seen in 3 days there who serves cheerios, sweetened granola or frosties for breakfast???
Reception not particularly friendly or helpful

Convenient Location, clean.
No water in room, no paper or pen in room, coffee machine broken, no conditioner in shower, TV a nightmare to get google cast to work--never did---little things that make a difference and are generally expected.
