The facilities and location was awesome & great 😃
There was a homeless screaming who wanted to attack us as he walked at the parking lot upon check out so we went back inside the lobby because he followed us but it's good the reception staff let him away 🥺👍

We had some checking in issues, but other than that, this was a fantastic place to stay. Clean, rooms are big and it's close enough to all of the major spots we needed to be. Would 100% recommend and book again.
The confusion at check-in because of booking through booking.com

We reserved for 3 nights two at arriving at Anchorage and another for the departure however the departure reservation was exchanged and cancelled by booking but refund never received and $700 after 2 weeks never credited. I tryed to contact the Hilton and Booking without luck, now in process for chargeback for that night never used and cancelled after mess on dates. I also need to book another hotel that I paid.
