Pleasant

Room was good, everything you’d expect from a hotel and the fridge, was happy to have that

We had a burner but no cookware 🤔 but I guess to have that me as guest would have to pay extra 🤷‍♀️ I know prices of everything went up I would of been ok with just a fridge

I will recommend this to friends and stay here again!

It was so clean and there were more amenities than I expected and the coffee in the morning was GREAT!

Honestly, I can't think of anything. Wish we had been there longer, we checked in quite late.

This hotel is a good value and is well run.

Hotel staff were very accommodating. They sent a van to pick us up at the airport, had suggestions for restaurants, and held our luggage for us between check out and our bus to Seward. This hotel is a good value.

A light continental breakfast would have been nice, although they did have a little store that you could buy items from.

Exactly what we were looking for.

Very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well appointed. Location was convenient to airport.

Sit with your laundry.

The staff gave us extra time to check out, which was well needed because of coolers and extra baggage.

I didn't like that our clothes got stolen out of the dryer. Obviously you have to have a room here because the laundry door locks and your room key opens it. Just can't believe someone staying here would go so low as to taking someone's laundry that needed washed so we could leave in clean clothes.. Cameras in the corner but no one seen anything.. Hmmmm!!

We took the hotel shuttle to downtown and the airport, but otherwise used Uber to get around town.

The staff was very approachable and helpful.

Did not accept cash. Pricey for a basic room although that seems to be Anchorage.

The parking was adequate, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and in good condition, there wasn't wires running along the trim or past paint damage that hadn't been repaired. I was impressed with the features that came with the room and if anyone needs a hotel in Anchorage I would recommend this one. I will keep an eye out for My Place hotels in the future.

This was the only hotel I have stayed in that didn't have a Bible in the room.

not a good place to stay for more than 1 night

Nothing, Room had no utensils, simple things like spoon or fork not available. When asked at reception they told us to buy your own. Did not get our room cleaned for the 4 nights we stayed, No change of sheets or towels.

location, too far from city centre, have to get taxi every time you go somewhere, far from grocery stores. nothing close by

clean doesn’t have that ronchy hotel perfume smell hotel staff are always very respectful and courteous

Everything was awesome and as accommodating as my previous experiences but was not comfortable. Rude and troubling awakening during the night with a woman screaming and it sounded like she was being choked out somewhere in the building and then later there was a man causing a ruckus in the front parking lot. Did not get much rest that night.

Location is good. Everything is near.

Really bad urine smell trying to be covered in floral in 1st room. Lots of yelling at all hours.

Friendly staff.

Free airport shuttle. Shuttle driver was willing to come to airport when my flight got in later than expected. This was much appreciated.
