Location. Five minutes by shuttle from airport.
Bed was comfortable. There was a great desk and chair for my laptop. WiFi was secure and I was able to do my business work.
The heat was shut off the second day. Apparently, other rooms (not mine) complained it was too hot, so they shut it all down. I had to wear multiple layers of jackets in my room to stay comfortable.
The hot water failed on the second day. Maintenance man came by and thought it might be the water heater? Regardless, a couple of hours later, the hot water was back on.
The buildings are kind of old. You can hear every footstep as people walk outside your room. That didn't bother me. It was quiet at night.
